Founder
Greg Cohn is the Founder of Maven Capital Partners. In a career spanning nearly three decades, he has earned trust as an advisor to leaders of middle market companies and is skilled in arranging private placements of debt and equity.
A connector in the Atlanta investment, business, and philanthropic communities, Greg is the organizer of “Mavens Podcast,” a regular gathering and YouTube channel series of interviews with high achievers from disparate fields aimed at connecting leaders and facilitating learning and idea sharing.
He co-founded the Atlanta Institutional Investor Forum, bringing together the 23 largest Atlanta-based pension funds, endowments, foundations and family offices that invest in alternative assets. He is also a past organizer of the Southern Capital Conference, connecting general and limited partners, placement agents, consultants and gatekeepers that invest in alternative asset classes across the country. Additionally, he has raised money for the Chastain Park Conservancy, the Adaptive Learning Center and The Westminster Schools.
Greg is a past board member of Airo Wireless, Cancer Treatment Centers of America – Atlanta and Empower Software Solutions.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Virginia, where he attended on a baseball scholarship, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
An Atlanta native, Greg is a graduate of The Westminster Schools. Over the course of several seasons, Greg has volunteered his time with local youth sports programs, coaching baseball and softball at Northside Youth Organization and with Tophat Soccer. He also serves as a member of the national selection committee for UVA’s Jefferson Scholars program.

Reid Funston is a Co-Chief Investment Officer of Maven Capital Partners, LLC. He is also a Co-Founder of Reicon Capital, LLC, a single-family office. Prior to founding Reicon Capital in 2000, Reid worked in High Yield and Leveraged Finance at FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc. and Banc of America Securities and was a Portfolio Manager at SunTrust Banks/Trusco Capital Management.
Reid recently served as Chair of the Board of Regents of Sewanee: The University of the South and is Chair of the Finance Committee of Pace Academy in Atlanta. He was also the Past Chair of the Investment Committee at Sewanee and the Past Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pace.
Reid earned an MBA with a specialization in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South.

Ted Davies is a Co-Chief Investment Officer of Maven Capital Partners, LLC. He is also a Co-Founder of Reicon Capital, LLC, a single-family office. Prior to founding Reicon Capital in 2000, Ted worked at FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc. where he was responsible for originating and executing public and private high-yield debt transactions. Prior to FleetBoston, Ted focused on the execution of public and private high-yield transactions at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.
Ted earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Duke University. Prior to business school, he was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.

Andrew is a Founder, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Maven Capital Partners. He joined Maven following seven years with public accounting firm KPMG, where he managed external financial reporting for more than 20 businesses, both public and private. Andrew’s experience also includes providing assurance and advisory services for transactions ranging from sell-side and buy-side M&A to debt and equity offerings across a broad sector base, including industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services and energy capital markets.
A Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business graduate, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master’s in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. An Atlanta native, he is a graduate of The Lovett School and is an Alumni Board Member for the Schenck School.

Stephanie Douglass is a Managing Director at Maven Capital Partners, LLC where she manages the alternative investments portfolio with a focus on private equity, credit, and real estate investments. She is also a Managing Director focused on alternative investments at Reicon Capital, LLC, a single-family office. Stephanie joined Reicon Capital, LLC from Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd. where she was an Associate with the leveraged buyout group. Previously, Stephanie was an Analyst with FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc.
Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s School of Management. Stephanie is a CFA® charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Dallas Clement is President and Chief Financial Officer for Cox Enterprises, a leading broadband, automotive services and media company with $20 billion in annual revenues and nearly 50,000 employees worldwide.
Clement is responsible for the company’s treasury, financial reporting and control, tax, audit, strategy and corporate development, and financial planning and analysis functions. He also oversees sustainability operations, information technology, risk management, government affairs and legal. Clement leads Cox’s efforts to expand our company focusing on emerging businesses that embrace technology, software and innovative business models in areas including Cleantech, healthcare technology, esports and media.
Previously, Clement served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Cox Automotive, the largest automotive marketplace and leading provider of software solutions to auto dealers throughout the U.S. He led all finance, legal, real estate, technology, strategy and corporate development functions across Cox Automotive’s financial services, wholesale auctions, digital media, software-as-a-service and international businesses. In addition, Clement had accountability for Cox Automotive’s financial services unit, NextGear Capital. Prior to the formation of Cox Automotive, Clement served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Autotrader Group for three years.
Clement also spent 20 years at Cox Communications, where he held a variety of roles, including executive vice president and chief strategy and product management officer.
In 2004, he received the National Cable Television Association Vanguard Award for Young Leadership. He serves on the boards of Truist Financial Corporation, Caffeine.tv, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Esports Ventures and Junior Achievement of Georgia.
Clement received a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics from Harvard College and a master’s degree in engineering economic systems from Stanford University.

Forrest McClain is a Co-Founder of Reicon Capital, LLC.
Previously, Forrest was President and Founding Partner of Farallon USA, a manufacturer of propulsion systems for the scuba diving industry. Prior to Farallon, he conducted due diligence on early-stage investment opportunities for a Japanese private equity firm.
Forrest earned a BA in Political Science from Sewanee: The University of the South and a JD from Georgia State University College of Law.

Lorraine McClain is a Co-Founder and President of Reicon Capital, LLC, a single-family office founded in 2000. Prior to founding Reicon Capital, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Communications, a privately held Cable Television company.
Lorraine has served on several boards in the communication sector as well as on the Board of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and the Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in Atlanta. She currently serves as President of Georgia Museums and the President of Anverse, Inc., an Operating Foundation based in Cartersville, Georgia
Lorraine graduated from The University of the South (Sewanee) with a degree in Psychology and earned a BA in Business Management at Georgia State University.

David is the former Chairman and CEO of Graphic Packaging International, the world’s largest manufacturer of paper-based folding cartons for the consumer food and beverage markets. David served as CEO of Graphic Packaging from January 2007 to January 2016 and Chairman of the Board from May 2013 to May 2016. From 1999 to 2007, he held various senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations.
Before joining Graphic Packaging, David held senior leadership positions at Avery Dennison Corporation after starting his career at B.F. Goodrich Corporation.
RISI, an information provider for the global forest products industry, named David the 2015 North American CEO of the Year. He was also named PaperAge magazine’s Executive Papermaker of the Year and the E&Y 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southeast for industrials.
David currently serves as Chairman of the Board of American Greetings and Benchmark Electronics Inc. He is also on the board of Georgia Partners in Education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Purdue University.

Since co-founding RangeWater in 2006, Steven Shores and his team have built the leading Sunbelt multifamily company and have a deep understanding of acquisitions, developments, investments and property management. Under his leadership, RangeWater has invested in, acquired and developed over 27,000 units representing in excess of $5.0 billion of total capitalization in Sun Belt cities.
Steven oversees all of the firm’s business activities while focusing on strategy, capital formation and securing new business. He places a strong emphasis on team development, company culture and process to ensure the firm meets the goals of its investors, clients, partners, and employees. In 2015, the National Association of Home Builders awarded Pollack Shores (now RangeWater) the prestigious title of Development Firm of the Year.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Steven worked for Hines Interests where he completed more than $700 million developments and acquisitions.
Steven holds a MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Davidson College. He is a member of the Multifamily Bronze Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). Steven lives in Atlanta with his three children and enjoys fly fishing, golf, skiing and cycling.
